Disclaimer: Roster
Devonta Freeman and Todd Gurley. (Click their names and read why in my Week 7
article). They are obvious plays and they should be in your lineup every week.
Matt Forte
If you’re looking for a RB1
with a high floor, Matt Forte is your guy. The offense runs through him, and
now that Alshon Jeffery is back, Forte should have a little more room to
operate. Matt Forte is always cash game worthy, but after his bye week, he should
be low owned in tournaments. There’s nothing scary about the Vikings’ run
defense so feel confident rostering Forte this week.
Le’Veon Bell
I know... I’m suggesting RBs
that everyone knows are good. I’m suggesting Le’Veon because it seems like
people have forgotten about his upside after putting up only 8 fantasy points
against a stout Cardinals run defense and 18 fantasy points vs another elite
run defense in the Kansas City Chiefs. Keep in mind that these teams were stacking
the box and making Landry Jones beat them through the air. Big Ben should be
back this week, and they are at home vs the not so elite Bengals run defense.
Bell’s floor is 20 fantasy points this week and he will be low owned in
tournaments. Get him in your lineups if you can afford him. (He’s the first
person I’m rostering, then building my lineup around him)
Justin Forsett
Quietly having another solid
season, Forsett should have a big game vs the Chargers this week. With Lorenzo
Taliaferro out for the year, Forsett will continue to see a ton of volume.
There are 3 rules for the
2015 NFL fantasy season:
1.
Start RB’s vs the
Chargers
2.
Start QB’s vs the
Ravens
3.
Start TE’s vs the
Raiders
Conclusion:
This is a week to pay up at
RB on both Fanduel and Draftkings. Check out our WR suggestions to help you
find the cap space to pay up at RB click here. Like always, thank you for your
support and be sure to check back every Friday for Weekly Matchup Plays. Good
luck this week!
